How We Operate:

1) You contact us and tell us how many components you'll be sending and include your PayPal address.

2) We'll E-mail you a PayPal money request for the repairs once the repairs are completed. If you do not have a PayPal account please apply for one. PayPal acts as a mediator to both parties should a dispute arise.

3) You ship your components to us via UPS or USPS Priority Mail and provide tracking numbers for your shipment.

4) Please allow for 1 hour (maximum) per module (i.e. 40 modules = 40 hrs) to repair. If we can't fix it within an hours time (catastrophic failures can occur in delicate GCU/Computer components and multi-layered circuit boards generally caused by lightning strikes or voltage spikes) we will return the module to you and you will not be charged for that component. If an item requires an expensive replacement part (Micon Display thumbwheels run $10 each for example) you will be contacted before the component is replaced.

5) We return-ship USPS Priority Mail w/Tracking, Free!

Each Module Repaired will have a 1-Year Warranty. All modules will contain a numbered Warranty Seal to ensure quality control is maintained. Warranty on module is Void if seal is broken or removed. We cannot warranty open circuit boards or components without cases.
